1. What are your parking facilities?

Quest Canberra offers limited onsite parking, this must be reserved at time of booking and is charged at an additional cost of $12.00 per night.

 

2. Do the studio apartments offer washing facilites?

The majority do, however not all rooms.  Contact us prior to making your booking to double check what's available.

 

3. Do you have a pool or gym?

Unfortunately not. The closest pool and gym facilities are located at the Canberra Olympic Pool on Allara St. A fee is charged to use these services.

 

4. Do you have 24 hour Reception?

No. Quest Canberra's Reception hours are:
Monday - Friday 7.00am-10.00pm
Saturday & Sunday 8.00am-10.00pm
Public Holidays - 8.00am-8.00pm

 

5. Are late check-outs available?

On request and subject to availability. Charges apply.

 

6. Do you have an on-site restaurant?

No. However the Melbourne Building offers a range of restaurants, with a wide selection of cuisine. These are listing in our Dining Options.

 

7. Once I have given you my credit card details, are they charged straight away?

Generally no, unless stated otherwise. Credit card details are used to secure bookings. Should you have any concerns, contact us directly.
